Biografía del autor Peter Lacovara is senior curator of ancient Egyptian, Nubian, and Near Eastern art at the Michael C. Carlos Museum of Emory University. He is co-editor of Ancient Nubia: African Kingdoms on the Nile (AUC Press, 2012).Yvonne J. Markowitz is the Rita J. Kaplan and Susan B. Kaplan Curator of Jewelry in the David and Roberta Logie Department of Textile and Fashion Arts, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. Her most recent books include Artful Adornments: Jewelry from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston and The Jewels of Ancient Nubia (with Denise Doxey).
